Managing Your Subscription
View your current plan
- Log in to the dashboard.
- Click Subscriptions in the sidebar.
- Your active plan, credit limit, and renewal date are shown at the top.
Subscribe to a plan
- On the Subscriptions page, browse the available plans.
- Click Subscribe on the plan you want.
- Complete checkout on the secure payment page.
- You'll be redirected back to the dashboard once payment is confirmed.
- Your API key is generated automatically — go to API Keys to find it.
Upgrade your plan
To move to a higher plan, visit the Subscriptions page and select the new plan. You'll be taken through checkout again for the new billing amount.
Subscription status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Plan is live — your key works normally |
| Past due | A payment failed — update your payment method |
| Canceled | Plan has ended — renew to restore API access |
Billing
- All payments are handled securely by Stripe.
- CustodianAI never stores your card details.
- You'll receive a receipt by email after each successful payment.
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription, contact support. Your API key will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my API key if my subscription expires?
Once a subscription expires or is canceled, the associated API key will stop accepting requests. Your usage history remains visible in the dashboard.
